• your availability Monday through Friday for therapy

• a brief description of what kind of support you are seeking

• if you are trying to use your out-of-network insurance benefits

• any other questions you have.

If our schedule lines up, I will send you information about making an appointment. If I am currently full or if our schedules do not align, I will provide you with referrals based on this information.

Rate and Insurance

My rate is $175 for a 50-minute session.

I am not in-network with any insurance company. However, I am able to navigate out-of-network benefits with you by either providing a superbill for you to submit to your insurance company or through Thrizer.
