This practice is designed for adults seeking a deeper, relational, and body-based approach to anxiety and trauma therapy.
I am currently full and on a waitlist. I aim to ensure the practice feels like the right fit for both of us before moving forward, so before I add you to my waitlist, I book a consult. I am also happy to provide you with recommendations if waiting is detrimental.
I aim to respond to all inquires withing 24 hours.

Rates & Insurance
My rate is $190 for a 50-minute session.
I am not in-network with insurance companies, though I can support clients using out-of-network benefits through superbills or Thrizer. Thrizer is a platform that helps manage reimbursement directly with insurance providers.
A limited number of sliding scale spots are available, though they are currently full.
