Anxiety Treatment

Anxiety sucks. The constant moving, potential panic attacks, inability to think straight…it feels like you’re hijacked by your own body. That’s because you are. When our body is overwhelmed by a potential danger (which can be merely the thought of something), it prepares to face it and fight or flee from it. That sounds fine if it’s temporary, but many of us stay in this state chronically. The good news is, we can change this pattern and reawaken a felt sense of safety.
